We’ve developed a simple three step process to ensure that our clients get the most of their relationship with us.
1. Initial Meeting
First, it’s about getting to know each other and taking the time to understand what’s important to you and what you want to achieve both for you and your family. It’s what we call your Future Perfect.
We’ll combine our own expertise with our powerful planning software to see how realistic your goals are and start look at what could be achieved with a bit more planning. We can also share with you what’s worked well for other people in similar circumstances. The meeting is free of any commitment.
2. Identifying a financial plan for your Future Perfect
If you decide to take the conversation further, we’ll start working with you to build your plan. We’ll go into more detail about your family, finances, current circumstances and also assess your attitude to risk and timescales. We’ll explain clearly how our fees work and, if you choose to engage with us, we’ll produce a full report of our recommendations and enter into a formal and fully documented process setting out all costs and commitments. This includes the St James’s Place advice guaranteel to give you added peace of mind.
3. Ongoing Support
And of course, it doesn’t stop there. We’re here for the long term, to provide you all the support you need for your financial planning needs. There’ll be regular formal reviews to make sure your plan is always appropriate and performing as best it can, whilst adapting and changing in line with your circumstances. And we’ll always be just a phone call or email away for advice and questions, for you, your family and even friends.
Most importantly of all, though, we’ll never lose sight of your Future Perfect and helping you to get there.
